The University seeks a vendor with extensive expertise in competitive admissions to provide services in search management, application generation, and enrollment marketing. The partnership should focus on increasing application yield rates among qualified students, prioritizing both the growth of in-state freshmen and the expansion of out-of-state first-year markets. The objective is to build a robust incoming class characterized by strong academic credentials and aligned with the University's specific enrollment goals.
Student search services will require the implementation of a comprehensive, multichannel marketing campaign targeting prospective applicants, including inquiries, rising seniors, and their families. The approach includes multi-class targeting (high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors), geographic predictive modeling using multiple name vendors, and the data management of all purchased prospective student names. Marketing outreach will encompass direct mail, segmented emails, and a well-timed sophomore/junior search campaign. Digital marketing tactics such as geo-fencing, look-alike audiences, display advertising, and retargeting are to be deployed. Immediate email fulfillment will be provided to all search responders. The contract will be awarded for a one-year term.
