A government authority in Raleigh, North Carolina seeks a vendor to provide scratch-off ticket printing and related services. Scope of work includes the development and management of a web-based and app-based Lucke–Rewards application, including configuration and setup for promotions and second-chance drawings, maintaining promotion and drawing histories, and delivering features such as point tracking and winner result listings.
The project involves mobile application development with enhancements such as push notifications and an API-based retailer locator. An advanced reporting and business intelligence tool is also required. Ticket specifications include the use of 10-point recyclable card stock, four-color process printing, spot colors, extended play marking systems, high-resolution game symbols, full UV coating, and custom design elements such as non-traditional shaped play areas and custom fonts. Vendors must provide layered working files of the final ticket art and 12,000 void samples per game. Questions for clarification must be submitted by May 22, 2026.
