A Connecticut-based organization seeks a vendor to provide school yearbook photographer services for high school seniors and related student sports and activities. The selected photographer must offer senior portrait sittings with no minimum purchase requirement during at least four summer dates, ensuring accessibility for all students. Students and parents are not obligated to purchase photos resulting from these complimentary sittings.
The vendor is required to provide an online platform for parents to select and order additional photography packages. On-site photography services must be available for critical student events, including panoramic class pictures, graduation photos, superlatives, dances, clubs/activities, and other emerging school events. Yearbook staff must be provided with online access to all relevant images, with the ability to download print-quality files or, alternatively, the vendor can upload images directly into the designated yearbook software. The photographer should maintain timely communication with the yearbook staff during standard business hours or respond to requests within 24 hours.
