A school district in Colorado is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive school pictures photography services for all elementary school students and staff. Photography sessions are required to take place in August or September, with an ID picture strip created for every student photographed. The contract also includes a retake day before October 20th for missed sessions or new student ID cards, as well as Power School updates.
In the spring, the vendor must provide new student ID and image updates prior to testing, along with classroom group photos and individual freestyle portraits starting February 1st. The requirement includes classroom group photos covering each school's staff, as well as provision of a mounted classroom photo for each teacher and aide, a mounted staff photo for every staff member, and a photo album for the school containing a photo of every classroom for the current year.
Interested vendors must submit all questions no later than March 31, 2026. The contract will be awarded for a period of one year.
