DESCRIPTION

The vendor is required to provide comprehensive school picture and photography services for students ranging from Pre–Kindergarten through the eleventh grade. Services include individual student photos, senior portraits, classroom group pictures at the elementary level, and group images for various organizations such as cheerleaders, sports teams, clubs, band, and orchestra. Panoramic and sporting event pictures are also needed.

In addition to photography, the vendor will handle videotaping special events such as sporting competitions, fine arts events, prom, and graduation ceremonies. Retakes of photos deemed unacceptable (e.g., eyes closed or blurry) must be provided at no charge to the district. An alphabetical computer listing detailing all photos taken, packages ordered, and money collected is to be supplied to the principal with each session’s delivery.
