DESCRIPTION

A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive school photography services for the agency's elementary, middle, and high schools. For elementary and middle schools, the provider must photograph all students (two poses per child) and staff, offer a choice of three backdrops, and supply standard picture packages at consistent prices across all schools. The vendor will collect payments and return commissions to the schools upon delivery of the portraits, ensuring photographs are packaged for safe delivery to homes. Additionally, digital files compatible with the agency's Infinite database must be provided.

For high schools, the vendor must offer several backdrop options and deploy a minimum of four cameras and four photographers. ID pictures must be taken and made immediately available on registration day, with a digital compact disk file of all student photos provided to each high school. All digital files must be compatible with agency databases, delivered in JPEG format, and appropriately resized for storage. The contract period is one year, and all questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by May 6, 2026.
