The selected vendor will provide comprehensive school photography services, ensuring high-quality, reliable images for students, staff, and district events across all schools. The vendor will serve as the exclusive provider for specified programs and must demonstrate creativity, dependability, professionalism, and value for the district community, including parents and guardians.

Services include photographing all participating students and approximately 1,500 staff during picture days and designated events, with make-up and retake sessions offered within 4–6 weeks. High-resolution digital images (JPEG/PNG, minimum 300 DPI) suitable for yearbooks and compatible with platforms such as Jostens, Walsworth, or Treering are required. The vendor must offer an online, mobile-friendly, PCI-compliant ordering platform, preferably with multi-language support, and ensure digital delivery to parents within 48 hours of capture. Online galleries should allow proofing prior to purchase, and an online portal needs to facilitate upload of student and staff data and downloading of photographs with associated metadata.

Additional requirements include providing safety ID cards with emergency contact information, as well as digital and print directories for classes or schools. The vendor should offer free services, frequent buyer discounts, or event coverage. The contract period is for three years, and all questions must be submitted by March 27, 2026.
