A South Carolina school agency is seeking a vendor to provide a comprehensive, cloud-based school finance software solution. The system must feature an intuitive, user-friendly interface with secure, role-based access controls and scalable infrastructure to support agency growth. Key requirements include integration capabilities with existing ERP and SIS platforms, as well as support for multiple payment methods such as cash, checks, credit cards, ACH, and digital wallets. The vendor should also provide compatible hardware for processing payments both on-site and remotely.

The software must enable tracking of payments linked to specific orders, school activities, or SIS-generated fees, with automated reconciliation and electronic record generation for ledger updates within the ERP system. The solution should offer real-time visibility across all school accounts, facilitate granular security segregation—including view-only access for teachers—and automate cash management processes to reduce manual work and errors. Efficient collection and deposit of receipts, as well as seamless integration with online payment systems, are also required components. The contract duration is one year, with all questions regarding the RFP to be submitted by December 19, 2025.
