Services include internal promotion through school websites, newsletters, social media, and morning announcements, as well as the provision of promotional materials such as flyers, posters, and templates. The vendor will develop a marketing plan to boost attendance and sales, and offer strategies to increase student and family participation.

Additionally, the vendor must supply a point-of-sale system that accommodates multiple payment methods, including cash, checks, and credit/debit cards. Effective volunteer management is also required, including the recruitment and scheduling of district staff or vetted volunteers to ensure adequate event staffing. The selected provider will also handle the distribution of promotional materials to students and parents.
