The selected vendor will provide expert consultation services for School Based Administrative Claiming (SBAC), focusing on the implementation and execution of related activities. The aim is to enhance Medicaid school-based services (SBS), improve access to care for students, and ensure the efficient and effective rollout of these programs in line with the latest Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) guidance.
Key responsibilities include comprehensive project administration and support to ensure seamless execution, timely delivery, rigorous planning, and stakeholder collaboration. The consultant will aid in redesigning SBS reimbursement and non-federal share financing, streamline Medicaid billing and claiming processes, and conduct a thorough needs assessment of current administrative claiming practices. Additionally, the vendor will develop a project management plan with defined timelines, milestones, and deliverables, and establish transparent tracking and documentation systems for all project activities.
The contract period will be five years, with all potential bidders required to submit questions by March 13, 2026.
