The selected vendor will be responsible for providing high-quality school and student photography services for K–12 educational settings in California. Services should cover individual student portraits, classroom and group photos, and yearbook photography, as well as the delivery of digital images suitable for use in the district’s student information system and yearbook production.
Additionally, the vendor will handle identification services, which include staff and student identification photos and printing ID cards with lanyards for grades 6–12. Providers must have professional-grade equipment, employ experienced staff, and implement efficient processes that minimize administrative burden on the school district. Vendors should demonstrate experience serving school districts of similar size and complexity.
Interested vendors are required to submit all questions regarding the RFP by April 24, 2026.
