Scholarship Management System

The State of North Dakota seeks a vendor to provide a scholarship management system to support the administration of student scholarships. The solution should enable a timely, safe, reliable, and consistent approach to managing scholarships throughout their lifecycle. Key requirements include the ability to import data files with multiple user-defined data points to update student records at various stages of the scholarship process, customization and branding of the system interface and communications, and features to review disqualification reasons for students.

Additionally, the vendor must ensure seamless data conversion from existing systems, monitor overall scholarship funds, and reconcile payments within the platform. Respondents are required to detail the technology stack and software products used to deliver the solution, as well as outline the proposed network architecture, specifying security levels, connectivity points, and system capacity. Vendors must also indicate whether Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning technologies are incorporated into their proposal and respond to related questions if applicable.
