Scheduling Consultant and Cost Consultant Services

A government authority in Uxbridge, Ontario is seeking scheduling consultant and cost consultant services for a five-year contract. The services will support project delivery, with the scheduling consultant working closely with the cost consultant to maintain alignment between schedule and cost throughout the project lifecycle.

Scope of work includes providing schedule input and coordination support for activation of a new facility and the phased relocation of departments and services. The selected consultant(s) will also conduct risk workshops, develop risk registers addressing capital project management risks, provide sequencing input for department decanting plans, service continuity strategies, and go-live coordination, and support scheduling, risk management, and reporting requirements contained in the Project Implementation Plan. Additional responsibilities include supplying scheduling data and sequencing input for the patient transfer plan and integrating supporting schedules.

Questions are due by May 12, 2026. An optional pre-proposal site visit will be held on May 7, 2026.
