The Radiology Department at RHJVAMC is seeking qualified vendors to provide scheduling and protocoling software to enhance operational efficiency and reduce errors associated with current manual procedures. Presently, radiology orders are printed and manually carried between staff for protocoling and scheduling, resulting in increased risk of human error and potential delays in order completion.
The desired solution should streamline order management, ensure documented results are accessible by radiology staff across multiple locations, and facilitate efficient tracking and optimized clinical communication. Key objectives include reducing patient wait times, minimizing errors, and improving workflow transparency.
The selected contractor will be required to manage all documentation and processes necessary to obtain the access needed for remote maintenance of the installed software.
