DESCRIPTION

The agency is seeking a vendor to provide on-call design services for the creation and updating of design files related to public transit information. This includes schedules and timetables, route and system maps, bus stop signs, bus shelter posters, branding materials, passenger information signs, and other wayfinding elements. The designs will be used for a range of printed materials, including posters of varying sizes and formats, produced on media such as paper, translucent film, PVC, vinyl, and adhesive decals.

Current requirements encompass large scale system maps, stop-specific maps and timetables, individual route maps, instructional graphics for riders, fare information, and other marketing materials. All public timetables must be available in both English and Spanish, with translation services provided by the contractor. Each design element is subject to regular updates to reflect changes in service at the system, route, or stop level.

Digital maps should visually integrate computer–aided dispatch (CAD) and automatic vehicle location (AVL) data. The scope also includes updates to bus stop sign components. A pre-proposal conference is scheduled for April 9, 2026, and any questions from interested parties must be submitted by April 14, 2026.
