The government authority in Sacramento, California seeks a vendor to provide comprehensive support services for its Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. The SCADA system encompasses associated servers running GE iFIX software, thick and thin client computers, network switches, Human Machine Interfaces (HMIs), sensors, transmitters, Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs), input devices, and data recording devices deployed across the site.
Support services required include SCADA system programming, troubleshooting, repair, maintenance, upgrades, and modifications. The selected vendor will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining all SCADA components. Services must be provided in a safe, effective, and orderly fashion to ensure compliance with discharge requirements, maintain a fully functional SCADA system with minimal process interruptions, and minimize risks to site personnel.
All questions regarding this RFP must be submitted by April 2, 2026.
