SCADA System Software Modification Service

A higher education institution in South Carolina is seeking a qualified vendor to provide modification and enhancement services for their SCADA system software. The selected vendor will be responsible for the full design, programming, and factory testing of the SCADA system. Solutions must comply with all current laws and regulations applicable to higher education environments and ensure timely updates as regulatory requirements evolve. Vendors are required to include initial technical training for end users as part of the proposal.

Compatibility with widely used platforms and browsers must be addressed, with a preference for iOS due to high campus usage, while also supporting other platforms. The solution should not rely on client-side Java; if Java is required, it must support currently available versions. The proposed system should utilize currently supported application frameworks and vendors should outline any integrations with desktop productivity tools, details about available APIs, and specify the required application server environment.
