DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will be responsible for comprehensive maintenance of SCADA systems, supporting all aspects of system operation for both existing and new SCADA equipment and associated IT infrastructure. Responsibilities include design, analysis, documentation, development, modification, testing, troubleshooting, installation, integration, and ongoing support.
The contract encompasses providing interfaces to trend real-time data for industrial control systems and building automation systems, as well as enhancements to SCADA infrastructure, including graphics, programming, alarms, and integration of existing systems. It also includes data archiving and reporting, modifications to keep pace with plant and facility updates, and the development of SCADA graphic screens.
Vendors are expected to ensure the continued functionality, operation, and maintenance of the SCADA system, as well as provide training and documentation to support ongoing use and enhancements.
