A government authority in Hawaii is seeking a qualified vendor for a three-year contract to provide maintenance and professional consultation services for its SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) systems. The selected vendor will be responsible for delivering comprehensive support across central computer stations, network equipment, and remote SCADA sites located throughout the region.
Key responsibilities include routine inspections of all SCADA network equipment to ensure proper operation and the assessment of software upgrade requirements. The vendor will perform necessary patching and software updates, verify the integrity of historical data collection and report generation, and manage administrative tasks essential to server maintenance. Recommendations for hardware replacement, as well as programming modifications to SCADA system components and software, are also within the scope of work. Upon completion of tasks, the contractor will provide detailed technical reports summarizing the work performed. Questions regarding this opportunity must be submitted no later than January 28, 2026.
