DESCRIPTION
The selected SCADA System Integrator (Consultant) will provide system integration services to support annual maintenance activities and modifications for the water system. Responsibilities include maintaining a Test Platform that accurately replicates the virtualized SCADA system infrastructure, enabling modifications and testing of SCADA system components.
The integrator will apply updates to software and operating system components as released by vendors, utilizing the Test Platform and following the Authority's documented testing procedures. The scope also includes implementing the Authority’s Change Management system, allowing the submission and implementation of Change Requests (CR) for SCADA system software modifications. Vendors must provide immediate 24/7 telephone support and business hours assistance to IS staff, ensuring reliable data collection during system maintenance windows or updates.
The contract term is for one year.
