The City of Shelton, WA is seeking a qualified vendor to provide SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) support and integration services for its water and sewer utilities. The selected vendor will offer on-call support for troubleshooting alarms, faults, and communication issues within the city's SCADA system, which operates using a single software application built on the distributed Aveva (formerly Wonderware) System Platform SCADA package. Communication within the system is facilitated via ethernet and radio technologies.
In addition to support services, the vendor will assist city staff with researching, scoping, procuring, and implementing system upgrades or improvements. This includes evaluating potential enhancements to SCADA hardware, software, and communications infrastructure, while ensuring all modifications adhere to current cybersecurity best practices and industry standards.
This contract is for a period of five years. All vendor inquiries must be submitted by December 5, 2025.
