DESCRIPTION
The government authority in Charlottesville, Virginia is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive SAP S/4 HANA support services. The scope includes on-call, as-needed project-based SAP Application Maintenance Services (AMS), as well as optional consulting and implementation services for the SAP environment, specifically RISE with S/4 HANA (private cloud edition) and SuccessFactors.
The selected provider will support the full SAP RISE landscape at both the application and Basis levels, addressing SAP S/4HANA, NetWeaver components, ABAP stack, ADS, ABAP Web Dynpro applications, RFC communications, BSI, email integrations, and related interfaces. Responsibilities include monitoring system availability, performance, and application health, as well as coordinating with SAP RISE operations for infrastructure issue resolution.
The vendor will serve as the primary liaison with SAP for Basis, technical, and RISE-related incidents—handling support ticket creation, escalation, and resolution tracking. Pre-implementation analysis and planning is also required. The contract term will be one year.
