A vendor is sought to provide comprehensive SAP Application Management Services (AMS) in British Columbia. The scope of services includes managing the SAP environment, which currently encompasses SuccessFactors and S/4HANA, with the potential for future SAP component integrations within the financial management system.
Key responsibilities include incident management, problem resolution, and service request fulfillment, as well as implementing system enhancements and upgrades. The vendor will also be expected to offer integration services, proactive system monitoring, and performance optimization.
