DESCRIPTION

The city is seeking a vendor to conduct a sanitation study and develop a comprehensive waste management strategy for two downtown corridors. The scope of work includes a physical infrastructure assessment of all parking lots to evaluate the structural feasibility of proposed modifications and to provide construction-ready, stamped site plans and engineering documents for necessary capacity expansions.

Vendors will be granted access to City-owned parking lots and existing enclosure footprints to complete the assessments. Coordination with the current waste contractor, Priority Waste, will be required throughout the process. The goal is to ensure the city's waste management infrastructure meets current and future demands efficiently.
