The selected vendor will implement a new Salesforce Education Cloud solution with a primary focus on streamlining recruitment and admissions processes, and establishing a scalable platform to support the entire student lifecycle. The project scope includes creating and documenting data validation and duplicate rules, delivering data quality dashboards, and developing a comprehensive data governance playbook covering standards, field dictionaries, duplicate logic, and change control procedures.

Key deliverables involve the migration to Marketing Cloud Account Engagement, connecting it to the Education Cloud, and handling extensive data migration and cleansing of high-value data. A data mapping workbook must be produced, and the vendor will be responsible for creating and executing a change management and training plan, including stakeholder analysis, role-specific training materials, and governance council enablement. The project also requires transitioning data governance from manual to automated enforcement, ensuring compliance with higher education standards, and creating point integrations with institutional systems to provide a single source of student data truth.

The solution must emphasize data quality and compliance tailored specifically to the needs of higher education and is expected to be delivered within a one-year contract period.
