DESCRIPTION
The agency is seeking vendors to provide Salesforce consulting services to support the consolidation of child care services onto the Salesforce platform. This initiative is intended to enhance service delivery for agency staff, administrators, child care providers, and families by implementing advanced case management, citizen engagement, and AI analytics capabilities.
Required roles include a Salesforce Solution Architect, responsible for leading the overall architecture aligned with Center of Excellence guardrails, as well as providing technical leadership to solution teams, system integrators, and vendors. A Salesforce Developer will be tasked with implementing and customizing Salesforce solutions using declarative tools. Furthermore, an Engagement Lead will oversee both child care assistance program and broader agency projects, managing solution delivery, client relationships, project scope, budgets, and project teams to ensure successful outcomes.
All vendor questions must be submitted by March 19, 2026. The contract period will be for one year.
