DESCRIPTION

The Organization is seeking a Salesforce consultant to develop and implement a comprehensive workplan and timeline for customizing its CRM system, in close partnership with the Senior Philanthropy Advisor. The scope of work includes configuring custom objects, setting up a sales and fundraising pipeline, designing automations using flows and process builders, creating email templates, building reports and dashboards, setting up the role hierarchy and permissions, importing existing data, and developing basic integrations such as email connectivity.

The consultant will collaborate directly with Organization staff, incorporating their input and ensuring staff support during testing phases. Delivery of the customized Salesforce CRM platform must align with the approved workplan, ensuring all core functionalities and integrations are effectively implemented to support the Organization's operational needs.
