City of Loveland
Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The City of Colorado is seeking a comprehensive sales and use tax software solution. The desired platform must provide online registration, filing, payment, and licensing functionalities for a diverse range of tax and fee types—including sales, use, lodging, PIF, RSF, and PILT. The solution must support manual data entry for paper-based filings and payments, real-time validation of data, automated calculation of penalties and interest, and robust secure data storage with role-based access control.
Key requirements include ESRI/ArcGIS integration for GIS-based jurisdictional lookup, multi-account bank deposit capabilities, automated notice delivery, and the ability to associate bankruptcy dates with tax periods to prevent notifications during bankruptcy. The system must allow taxpayers and staff to communicate via email through the platform, provide workflow management for audits, refunds, delinquencies, and payment plan tracking, as well as seamless data export/import interoperability with the City's financial system.
Additionally, the software is expected to deliver sophisticated reporting and query tools with configurable templates. The initial contract period will be one year, with the opportunity for questions from prospective vendors before April 3, 2026.
