The solution should offer job description automation, enabling the tracking of revisions and the export of approved versions directly to the applicant tracking system. Key requirements include robust data management practices, benchmarking methodology, as well as advanced integration capabilities and a strong support framework.
The software must feature an automated salary database that aggregates and presents compensation data at the 50th, 75th, and 90th percentiles for all position levels. It should also provide a centralized repository for job descriptions, supporting collaborative editing and streamlined approval processes. Standardized calculations for benchmarking and market pricing jobs are expected, along with tools that allow users to download, report, and forward data in various formats, such as Excel, CSV, PDF, or as images. The platform should facilitate intuitive and efficient collection, analysis, and pricing of jobs.
