DESCRIPTION
The Government of Ontario is seeking a qualified vendor to provide ongoing maintenance and support for its SailPoint IdentityIQ platform over a three-year period. SailPoint IdentityIQ is utilized as the Identity and Access Management (IAM) solution to provision and manage access across a growing portfolio of applications and systems.
The scope includes renewing maintenance and support for several specific modules: the IdentityIQ base product, Lifecycle Manager and Compliance Manager cubes for both internal users and business partners, as well as the Service Desk Integration module with Micro Focus Service. The chosen vendor will be expected to ensure stability, timely updates, and comprehensive support for these modules throughout the contract period.
