Ontario is seeking a qualified vendor to provide procurement and advisory services for a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) ERP solution. The selected partner will support the end-to-end process, including identifying one or more proponents for the supply and delivery of services, and offering expert guidance throughout the evaluation, selection, and implementation phases.
Key responsibilities include enhancing customer satisfaction, ensuring the proposed solution supports multiple companies and organizations independently, and aligning with strategic and leadership objectives. The vendor will develop procurement requirements based on a thorough needs analysis and translate these into formal procurement documents, encompassing requirements for cloud platforms and managed services. The scope also covers the creation of resourcing requirements, as well as conducting business process analysis and modernization for both current and proposed modules.
Additionally, the chosen advisory partner will assist in options analysis, strategic guidance, and tactical support during contract negotiations with both the SaaS ERP system vendor and the system implementation partner. Guidance on licensing options and structures is also required, ensuring the solution optimally fits the organization's operational and strategic needs.
