The Minnesota government is seeking a vendor to provide technical assistance services for its Rural Health Transformation Program. The selected vendor will support subgrantees and potential subgrantees by evaluating their current health information technology (HIT) systems, equipment, and related support needs. The scope includes guidance on planning and implementing agency-funded opportunities and achieving measurable progress towards program goals that persist beyond the grant period.
Vendors will also aid in identifying and integrating new tools with existing electronic health record systems and overall IT infrastructure. Areas of focus include remote patient monitoring, mobile care delivery, telehealth services in both provider facilities and community settings, population health data infrastructure, care coordination software, patient access solutions, health information exchange, and interoperability. The program also seeks assistance in the realms of artificial intelligence, cybersecurity and risk management, revenue cycle management, and operational efficiency improvements.
