DESCRIPTION
This Request for Information (RFI) seeks organizations capable of providing rural health outreach services in Washington. The focus is on supporting the deployment and operation of mobile health assistance vans serving rural communities, including community health education and outreach, chronic disease and mental health screenings, and scalable service delivery models that accommodate different funding scenarios.
