The existing roof is a 16-year-old TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin) single-ply membrane, currently in fair condition, with evidence of hail splatter and cosmetic hail damage on metal components, though no structural or event-related damage to the TPO membrane.
The selected contractor will be responsible for supplying all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and associated incidentals needed to complete the project. Scope of work includes removal and proper disposal of existing roofing materials, thorough inspection and identification of any necessary repairs to the roof decking, and the installation of new roofing materials and associated components. The project also covers the installation or replacement of flashing, vents, boots, and drip edge as required. The contract will have a period of one year.
