Roche Ventana Slide Software Licensing, Support, and Maintenance

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Regional Procurement Office East, Network Contracting Office 4, intends to award a sole source, firm-fixed-price contract to Roche Diagnostics Corporation for software licenses, support, and equipment maintenance for the Roche Ventana Slide System at Lebanon VA Medical Center. The contract covers a base year with four option years and will provide all resources necessary for preventive and corrective maintenance, as well as software licensing and updates, to ensure the ongoing reliability and compliance of the Roche laboratory equipment.

The services include yearly preventive maintenance visits, calibration, and testing according to the manufacturer's latest procedures, as well as corrective repairs completed by trained personnel using manufacturer-approved parts. All materials required to complete scheduled maintenance, including lubricants and cleaning supplies, are to be included at no additional cost. The contractor must provide full documentation of maintenance activities, ensuring that all regulatory requirements and rigorous performance standards are met.
