The selected vendor will provide professional services to conduct a roadway safety sign audit and perform sign upgrades across 21 roadways in unincorporated areas. The scope includes drafting a recommendations report for the placement of new, upgraded, relocated, and removed signage to enhance roadway safety standards.
Deliverables will involve creating a geocoded or digitized sign inventory that will be integrated into an existing GIS layer supplied by the client. Documentation must include an electronic Microsoft Excel file and related documents detailing sign class, dimensions, GPS locations, photographs, and compliance with current regulations. Each sign and its location will be recorded through digital photographs, with features carefully dimensioned to meet specified requirements.
Vendors must submit any questions regarding the RFP by April 1, 2026.
