DESCRIPTION
The county seeks vendors to provide road assessment and inventory software capable of gathering and tracking detailed data for 62.714 miles of paved surface roads and 304.556 miles of improved gravel surface roads within its road system. The solution should enable analysis, documentation, and ongoing tracking of road conditions, including levels of distress, striping, surface markings, signs, guardrails, and other infrastructure assets within the county road right-of-way.
Products or services submitted must facilitate comprehensive assessment of road assets and infrastructure elements to ensure effective maintenance and planning. All questions regarding the RFP must be submitted by March 27, 2026.
