DESCRIPTION

The government authority in Santa Fe, New Mexico is seeking a vendor to provide comprehensive river stewardship program services statewide. The selected provider will be responsible for designing and constructing projects aimed at improving surface water quality, riparian habitat, or aquatic habitat. Duties also include performing administrative tasks such as scheduling project phases, establishing sub-contracts, and formalizing land access and private landowner agreements.

Vendors must assess existing site conditions by reviewing available studies and identifying project area coordinates, documenting the extent of river miles or habitat acres affected. The provider will oversee all aspects of project implementation, including logistics, equipment operation, and adherence to approved designs and landowner conditions. Additional responsibilities entail conducting pre-implementation site surveys and managing costs associated with permit applications, clearances, and required surveys. All planning and partner coordination must be within the defined project scope, and vendors must supply detailed project maps showing the targeted area.

A pre-bid conference is scheduled for April 7, 2026, and questions must be submitted no later than April 17, 2026.
