Organization overview and procurement intelligence available on paid plans.
The county seeks a vendor to provide risk management information software tailored for claims management operations. The selected system should manage the county’s insurance claims and risk management functions, including all necessary software and related services to meet county requirements.
The solution must include a secure, web- and mobile-enabled Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) module that centralizes safety, environmental, and health workflows, integrates seamlessly with the Risk Management Information System (RMIS), and provides visibility across county operations to support risk reduction. The platform should be a web-based, vendor-hosted program offering secure and reliable access.
Additional requirements include comprehensive data conversion from existing systems to the new platform; streamlined, web- and mobile-compatible incident reporting for enhanced accuracy; and ad hoc reporting functionalities, with the flexibility to enable limited report generation by users outside the main claims administration role.
