DESCRIPTION
The selected vendor will deliver a comprehensive community risk assessment (CRA), develop standards of coverage (SOC), and create a corresponding strategic plan. The service will include the integration of GIS maps and visual analytics to assess geographic coverage within the community. Geographic coverage analysis utilizing GIS mapping is required to provide actionable insights into current and future service needs.
The scope of work also encompasses the production of a final bound and digital CRA/SOC report, alongside strategic planning for staffing and workforce sustainability. The vendor will review staffing configurations, conduct call volume and workload analysis, and provide recommendations to improve workforce management and service coverage.
