A government authority in Lakewood, Washington is seeking a vendor to provide printing services for rider alerts and specialty brochures. Quantities for orders will vary, typically ranging from 1,000 to 20,000 pieces, with an overall maximum of 2,500 per main batch. All brochures and alerts will have a finished size of 3.5" x 7" and require four-color process printing.
The printed materials must be produced on titan plus gloss white 80# text or titan plus gloss white 80# cover stock, depending on the number of panels. Alternate equivalent papers may be proposed if samples are provided. Artwork will be provided as press-quality PDF documents or as native Macintosh Adobe InDesign files with all fonts and links included. Vendors are required to submit press-quality PDF proofs to the agency's graphic designer for review and approval prior to printing.
Completed rider alerts and brochures should be bundled in groups of fifty, using rubber or paper bands. The initial contract awarded under this RFP will span three years.
