The state of Tennessee is requesting information from vendors regarding a workplace eLearning and training platform solution. The platform should support digital learning delivery, training, development, content creation, and skill development for a variety of government agencies.
Key capabilities include intuitive no-code or low-code authoring tools usable by non-technical staff, support for multimedia content with transcriptions, and access to an extensive media library. The platform should offer interactive elements such as quizzes, assessments, scenarios, and branching logic, as well as advanced design features like storyboards, animations, and customizable layouts. Collaborative features are essential, including centralized content management, role-based access, version control, reusable templates, and robust review and approval workflows to facilitate cross-agency content sharing and governance.
The solution must also provide seamless integration with existing LMS platforms or include a built-in LMS, support industry interoperability standards such as SCORM and xAPI, offer comprehensive learner tracking and reporting, and enable assignment of courses to users and groups. Additionally, integration with various agency systems (e.g., IAM, ERP, CRM, analytics), data migration from legacy systems, and robust data compliance and retention during migration are required components.
Vendors interested in responding should note that all questions must be submitted by February 4, 2026.
