RFI for Web-Based Event Registration and Payment Solution

The State of Wisconsin is gathering information on web-based solutions that provide event registration and payment processing services for public recreation programs. The ideal solution will facilitate event registration and payment collection, focusing specifically on ease of use for both event managers and participants, without including broader event management features.

Key requirements include a lightweight, user-friendly interface; branding customization such as company logos; and seamless integration with single sign-on and identity management systems. The platform should be capable of handling custom registration forms, including waivers, and support deferred (post-event) payment options. Additionally, it must allow users to easily find relevant workshops and events across the state. The system should aim to streamline staff workflow and enhance the customer experience for community recreation participants.

Vendors are encouraged to provide examples of their experience integrating with identity management providers for government clients. Questions regarding this request must be submitted no later than February 24, 2026.
