A Maryland agency is seeking a qualified vendor to provide comprehensive VOIP installation, migration, and maintenance services. The selected vendor will configure, format, and maintain a Cisco VOIP solution to support telecommunications across the agency's main site and associated detachments. Key responsibilities include offering expert guidance on system configuration, developing the network architecture and implementation plan, assisting with deployment, and ensuring ongoing sustainment through routine maintenance and error troubleshooting.
The project involves integrating and interfacing VOIP with a variety of commercial systems—such as analog, copper, network, digital, and VOIP systems—both within and outside the agency perimeter. Migrating all legacy systems to the new VOIP architecture with minimal operational disruption is a vital element of the scope, requiring a thorough review of current VOIP and ISDN systems.
This opportunity is specifically set aside for SBA Certified Women-Owned Small Businesses, and the contract will have a period of performance of one year.
