The state of South Carolina is seeking information from vendors regarding the development and implementation of a Test Security Incident Reporting Portal (TSIRP). This portal will be used by school districts to securely report and manage incidents related to potential test security violations during state testing periods.
The portal must be capable of handling a large volume of data simultaneously from across the state, ensuring high availability and minimal downtime. For each reported incident, the system should generate a unique Incident ID and automatically record the date and time of entry. Secure login access is required for each district’s test coordinator, with authentication ensuring that each action within the portal is traceable to the appropriate test security team member. Additionally, the portal should enable authorized district personnel to efficiently input incident details using features such as drop-down menus to standardize reporting.
