SUMMARY

RFI seeking providers of COTS telecommunication expense management and asset tracking solutions with API and SSO support in Washington, DC.

DESCRIPTION

A government agency in Washington, DC is seeking information from vendors offering commercially available, enterprise-grade telecommunication expense management and asset tracking solutions. These solutions should be commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS), with demonstrated success in deployment and operational use, providing robust out-of-the-box features that are available from day one.

Vendors must offer solutions that support enterprise Single Sign-On (SSO), Personal Identity Verification (PIV) login, and integration with third-party multifactor authentication applications compliant with RFC 6238, such as Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, and DUO. The solution should also include comprehensive API support—specifically SOAP, REST, SFTP, HTTPS—and the ability to perform email-based tracking.

To ensure adaptability, the requested platform must support rapid configuration for agency-specific needs, accommodating custom workflows, data fields, and integrations within accelerated timeframes. Additional requirements include seamless integration capabilities with ServiceNow, as well as the ability to ingest and manage data from various governmental and third-party sources to provide comprehensive visibility and oversight of telecommunications assets and expenses.

Interested providers are asked to submit their questions by February 23, 2026.
