The state of Kansas is seeking information from vendors regarding a student information system that offers comprehensive data management and integration capabilities. Desired features include the ability to automate data exports through multiple methods such as APIs and direct exports to SFTP, as well as support for mass import and export of data relevant to state reporting requirements.
The preferred system should enable users to create and customize dashboards, including setting default elements for specific security groups, and provide intuitive, aesthetically pleasing user interfaces. It should be capable of generating and transporting reports efficiently, customizing forms with exportable data, and including visual progress reporting elements. Additionally, the system must facilitate secure data communication with various software platforms, offer tiered staff access in line with data privacy regulations, and allow linking of sibling records to associate family data.
