A healthcare agency is seeking qualified vendors to provide software maintenance and technical support services for a structured self-assessment data capture solution. The service includes the provision of enterprise software licenses, comprehensive maintenance, training, software updates, and program management. Additionally, vendors are expected to deliver software configuration, performance monitoring using Human Centered Design (HCD) and Application Performance Monitoring (APM), testing, helpdesk support, and ongoing training related to software features.
The solution must support patient completion of self-reported outcomes (PROs) on various devices, including phones, computers, and office tablets. Key functionalities include automated batch sending of assessment requests aligned with scheduled appointments, the ability to send single or multiple PRO requests to specified patient populations, and management of patient panels for agency staff. The software is also required to offer robust clinical informatics support, such as tracking patients longitudinally and presenting user-friendly data visualizations for monitoring clinical assessments over time. Furthermore, all self-reported clinical data must integrate with the agency’s Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
The contract duration for these services will be one year.
