DESCRIPTION
A public-sector organization in Washington is seeking a strategic planning consultant to support the update and enhancement of its agency strategic plans and related frameworks. The selected consultant will be tasked with facilitating a comprehensive approach to strategic planning, including stakeholder engagement, organizational assessment, and the development of clear, actionable frameworks.
Key responsibilities include drafting a concise strategic plan framework that outlines agency goals, objectives, and high-level strategies. The consultant will review and assess the current strategic plan, relevant agency reports, performance measures, executive orders, statutory authorities, and all pertinent background materials to identify key themes, challenges, opportunities, and strategic priorities.
