A service provider is sought to develop a strategic infrastructure plan for installations in Florida. The plan must be innovative and agile, designed around a framework that allows for swift updates to accommodate changing command priorities and evolving mission requirements. Emphasis is placed on flexibility, ensuring the planning framework remains relevant and effective during rapid operational changes.
Responsibilities include the collection and analysis of Government Furnished Information and Data (GFID), such as installation plans, GIS data, real property information, and facility condition reports. The contractor will be required to utilize GIS-based mapping layers to identify operational constraints, and create an installation-wide framework plan highlighting transportation networks, open spaces, and other key features influencing development.
Additionally, deliverables will include a developable-area map that identifies buildable parcels under existing constraints, supporting informed capacity planning. Overall, the contractor must integrate data analysis, GIS mapping, and infrastructure planning to deliver a strategic and adaptable solution.
